My partner and I had a romantic getaway recently and it was pretty amazing. The rooms were spacious, the grounds were beautiful with gardens everywhere and seating areas in different levels, two lovely pools and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and the rain shower was lovely. There was also a nice view from the room window and the location was just perfect.
We had a few issues, though. The prices for breakfast were high and the waiting staff seemed to forget about me once my meal was served. It was the same for dinner where I felt like I was disturbing the restaurant staff by asking for things. The check-in experience was confusing and disappointing as my flight was delayed and upon arriving, I was told that I had to pay again for the room that I already booked and paid, which was very disconcerting. The bathroom door didn't always close, and the room price was a bit high. Despite these issues, the hotel staff tried their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Free drinks and snacks at check-in, location is near famous spots on foot, and the room clean and comfortable to move on.
Noisy as I could hear all surrounding traffic, parties in the halls at night, and in the morning we had construction work just outside our window.

Staff and the food, everything was fabulous! Just a walk down to Sushi Park, where you can have lunch. Really enjoyed that the room had a heating system, a private safe and cable channels. Liked customer service too.

Beautiful, spacious grounds/landscaping. Secluded open-air/garden restaurant. Cheerful, helpful employees.
Room was too sparsely furnished for me; I.E. no desk/table/work area or chairs in room. Only a bed, couch and coffee table. No convenient place to sit and work or eat meal in room.

The vibe of the hotel was very cool and laid back. The artist pictures on the wall were a great touch and I loved the outside bar area. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.
